You can always tell if a removals firm are going to be friendly by the way that they talk to you. I have never had a meeting with a team that are lovely, when the person on the phone has been a moody one! You can see it in the way that the team work together as well - if they get on, it is an easy process, but if there is any tensions, then things get a lot slower, and less efficient in general. I have had a few removals over the last few years, and have to say that RemovalCompany are the best that I have used, by a long way. An excellent service all round.
I've never hired a storage unit before but RemovalCompany made the process really easy and they pretty much handled everything for me! I also used their packing service to get my home packed up and then stored everything that I didn't need in one of their secure units. Moving house is a terrifying experience, and I would not wish it on my worst enemies. International removals are three times as bad, and I had to undergo one last week. However, it was a lot less of a stressful experience than I thought it would be, simply because we had RemovalCompany involved.
